Care Net Pregnancy Center relies solely on the generous donations of our friends in the community. We have no state or federal funding, and it takes thousands of dollars to keep our Center running. God provides time and time again, and He frequently does this through wonderful supporters like YOU!
Will you take a few hours of your day and join us for our annual fundraiser WALK FOR LIFE? We have an exciting day planned for you, with live music, free lunch, freshly-baking Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, amazing prize giveaways and most of all, the blessing you will receive for helping those in need in our county.
Ask a few of your friends to sponsor you, print out a registration/sponsorship form from our website (www.CareNetOlympiaSupporters.org), grab your walking shoes for this two mile walk, and join us for a fun, family-friendly day!

Several have been praying and are now exploring the potential of beginning a Brand-New Youth Class on Sunday Sunday Mornings (10:30) @cvcc geared at pre-teens and teens in Middle-School. Please join us in prayer and seeking God’s leadership. We are calling it the “Tweeners”….. this is a term used for those too old for some of the “Kid’s Programs” and not yet in High-School (basically 5th-8th Graders). We are aiming to reach students that might enjoy and grow through a group of their own and help reach their friends too. The launch date is May 20th at 10:30 AM down the hall from the hospitality room in the Educational wing of the cvcc facility!
Contact: Misty Wilen 360-701-3362 or or cvcc@cco.net if you know of potential Tweeners, or if you would like to help grow this ministry. There is nothing more important in our lives than reaching the next generation with the love of Jesus! Join US! It will ignite your walk with Jesus and inspire your own growth like never before!

Thurston County Men’s Conference:
We would like to invite you to our Thurston County Men’s Conference this year on March 31st. It will be from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts.
Our mission statement and purpose for the conference is:
“To create a greater awareness of the unity of Christian men in Thurston County, and to challenge men to serve their families, church, and community as Jesus did.”
The conference theme is OTHERS. Our guest speaker is Gayle Erwin. Gayle has been speaking at churches around the country for over 45 years. It is often said that he plays a one-string guitar because his theme always centers on Jesus. He is very gifted with both humor and mastery of the scriptures. I believe your men will be challenged and ministered to by Gayle. For more info you can see his website at servantquarters.com.
Worship times will be led by the worship teams from various local churches. Throughout the day, videos of local pastors will be shown to encourage the guys.
Admission for the conference is $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased at the Washington Center online at washingtoncenter.org or at their ticket office. We encourage churches to buy tickets ahead of time and sell them at your church to make it easier for men to purchase them. Admission includes a sack lunch that will be served at the conference.
We also want to serve our community by donating all profits to local ministries, which will include Olympia Union Gospel Mission, Safe Place and CareNet. We will also ask men to bring canned food items to help the Thurston County Food Bank.
Several churches in the community have joined together to make this event happen. Many of them are listed on the poster. We hope that you will join us for this day to encourage men in the faith. If you have questions please call Travis Sinks at 360.352.4214.
“Identity Theft” Easter Message Series (w/Sm Grp Study)
Who are you? What defines you? What do people say? What makes you distinct? Or what makes you different? What makes you – YOU?
Jesus says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come so that they may have life, and have it to the full.” The thief wants to rob you, Jesus wants to give you life. The thief want to rob you of your identity, Jesus came to make sure you find it in Him! But how?
In the Identity Theft series, we will unpack the Biblical definitions of identity and idolatry, how we often look for our identity in all the wrong places, and how a very real enemy plots and schemes to steal it from us. We will explore some of the most powerful verses in the Bible regarding our Identity and how to protect it from the evil thief. Don’t miss this – your ID security may be in jeopardy.

To truly understand who we are - it is Essential to know whose we are…
so we are going to be taking the month of March to examine the true identity of Jesus, our Savior. This is perfect timing to prepare us to celebrate the Resurrection (Easter) on April 8th. We will be developing our themes primarily from the New Testament book of Colossians. Invite others NOW to join us for this revealing sermon series!
Col 1:15-17 (NIV) He is … the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created…. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me!
If you would like to follow the Lord in Christian Immersion (Baptism)… Please study the scriptures contained in this video and Call one of the Elders or Pastor Bruce Sanders (360) 402-0520.
