The Bible explains that the resurrection of Christ was a game changing event for everyone who has ever lived. We truly experience what a game changer his resurrection was when we allow the love of the cross and the power of his resurrection to work in our hearts and lives today.

Commitment is a popular word in religious circles, but don’t forget that commitment is a double-edged sword. When you commit yourself to God, you commit yourself to obey Him. With commitment comes responsibility.  But what is commitment? In the simplest terms, a commitment is something pledged or a promise. What about our commitment to Jesus? Although the word commitment does not appear in the Bible, Jesus reveals our commitment as

One of the most important places where being an “All In” disciple connects with life is in dealing with our finances. When we examine our bank accounts we can see the priorities that actually occupy our lives. All in disciples are eager to see Jesus possess every area of our lives – especially our finances. “Where your treasure is there will you heart be also.” -Matthew 6:21

Of our relationships, at the top of most peoples lists is the relationship of parent and child. We need to see God’s challenge to be “All In Parents!” We all need to provide unquestionable commitment, consistent discipline, frequent grace, and unconditional love for the kids in our lives.
